All packages are sent through the United States Postal Service. Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days of being placed. Domestic orders usually arrive within 5-10 business days, while international orders can take up to 2-4 weeks. Tracking information is provided in each shipping notification email. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for orders sent with an undeliverable or incorrect mailing address.
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items only. Please note: We cannot accept returns without contacting us first. To initiate a return, please reach out to us. Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.
International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country.
