At Remington Stone, we’re proud to create high-quality, adventure-inspired apparel crafted with care. While we strive to ensure every piece is perfect, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive the wrong item or a defective product, we’re here to make it right.
Wrong or Defective Items

If you’ve received the wrong item or your item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

Email us at sales@remingtonstone.co with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item(s).
- Once we confirm the issue, we’ll provide a return authorization and guide you through the next steps.
Returns
- We only accept returns for incorrect or defective items.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds or Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we’ll process a refund or replacement within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
